How I whiten my teeth naturally

Although I don’t smoke, drink coffee or wine I do obviously drink a lot of green tea, juices and smoothies. And although super healthy this can make your teeth turn a bit more yellowish. Drinking through a straw may prevent this and some people have teeth that are not affected by this healthy way of living. In my case, they never turned yellow but I just wanted whiter teeth. It takes some dedication and some patience (it may take some weeks), but oil pulling with cold pressed coconut oil actually whites the teeth. It makes your gum super pink as well. Oil pulling in the morning turned into a habit such a brushing my teeth. If I stop I notice after more or less three days that my teeth are less white.

The pictures in this article are obviously not edited. I didn’t even use a fancy camera or filter. Just my iPhone and some light.

Much like yourself, I also enjoy drinking a lot of green tea, juice, and smoothies to help maintain my health, so my teeth are also quite yellow. It’s really great that there are natural methods that I can use for having the white smile that I want. It’s interesting that you’ve turned to oil pulling to whiten your teeth. I’ve heard that it can be done with different types of vegetable oils. What kind of oils have you tried using for oil pulling? I would like to know which oil is most effective to have whiter teeth.

The most effective is coconut oil. Hopes this helps.
