We know by now how to make almond milk or banana milk, but for some people that takes way too much time. Especially in the morning. Luckily, there is a milk we can make ourselves super fast. Super fast. Think about 2 minutes. Yes, only two minutes. This milk is a great base for any smoothie, is a great plant-based protein and contains a good balance of omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. But how to make hemp seed milk?
This milk is dairy free and sugar free. However contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, such as:
- proteins
- a good balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids
- is easy to digest
- contain magnesium, iron and zinc
How to make Hemp Seed Milk
You will need for every glas of water a full teaspoon (or more) of hempseeds.
Blend for about 1-2 minutes. That’s it!
Tip: Add a (Medjool) date, vanilla drops or a pinch of cinnamon for a sweeter taste.
