So simple, so many recipe requests, so healthy. I just had to share this. It’s raw, vegan, sugar free and of course there is not a single drop of dairy in this ice cream. I could eat this every day all summer.
- Two frozen bananas
- One frozen mango
- Goji berries
- Place the (peeled) fruit the night before in your freezer. The next day you can take them out of the freezer more or less 15 minutes before you you start to blend. If you don't own a high speeds blender and the fruit is still too hard to blend, simply add some water. Blend, blend!! Finish your ice cream by sprinkling some cinnamon, goji berries and cacao nibs on top of it.
