  • 300 ml of almond milk
  • 130 grams of (frozen) blueberries
  • three medjool dates
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • a few drops of vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Blend everything in a blender until you have created a light and smooth texture. If you wish you can add a few ice cubes.
