There is absolutely no pudding healthier than this Power Pudding. It is bursting with medicinal spices such as turmeric and ground cloves.

  • one cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ground cloves
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • pinch Celtic sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
  • pinch black pepper
  1. Mix everything in a glass and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours (or overnight). Stir well and add a little bit of extra sweetener if if you wish.
