Healthy On The Go Snacks

Road trips are so much fun, but there are not a lot of healthy (plant based) options to choose from when on the road. I’m showing you which snacks I take with me when I travel by car. I hope it will help you next time you hit the road!

Healthy On The Go Snacks

1. Veggies cut in bite size pieces (cucumber, celery and carrot) with a (homemade) dip such as hummus. This hummus recipe is always a winner:

2. Smooth Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

3. “Bliss Balls in a Jar”
for one jar (about 350 ml):

  • One cup of Medjool dates (about 10 dates)
  • One cup of pecans
  • One cup of walnuts
  • A small tablespoon of xylitol or any other sweetener
  • Add a few almonds too
    Blend in a food processor. Optional: Layer with ground almonds in the jar.

4. Chickpeas Chips
