There is absolutely no pudding healthier than this Power Pudding. It is bursting with medicinal spices such as turmeric and ground cloves.
- one cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ground cloves
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon sweetener
- pinch Celtic sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
- pinch black pepper
- Mix everything in a glass and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours (or overnight). Stir well and add a little bit of extra sweetener if if you wish.
