Description
A delicious sweet bowl of millet porridge with the amazing health benefits of turmeric.
Ingredients
Scale
- a cup millet (soaked overnight in water)
- two cups of filtered water
- a big dash of almond milk
- 1 ripe wild peach, diced
- a small handful of black mulberries
- a small handful of goji berries soaked in water (soaking is optional)
- a pinch of turmeric powder
Instructions
- Rinse millet well in running water
- Add millet and water to a pot and bring to a boil
- Reduce the heat and let simmer until the millet is fluffy
- Add a splash of almond milk just to get the consistency you like
- Add a dash (or more) of turmeric powder
- Mix all together until bright and yellow
- Top with the sliced wild peach, black mulberries and goji berries
- Enjoy !
