INGREDIENTS

orange juice mint extract maple syrup  coffee or espresso sparkling water ice cubes for serving: orange slice/mint leaves

STEP 1.

Add maple syrup to the cold brew coffee or espresso.

STEP 2.

Add mint extract to the cold brew coffee or espresso.

STEP 3.

Stir to combine and set aside.

STEP 4.

To a serving glass, add the orange juice.

STEP 5.

Cover the orange juice with ice cubes.

STEP 6.

Add sparkling water.

STEP 7.

Pour the coffee over the sparkling water.

TIP

If you want to create separated layers, place a spoon in the glass so it  can balance against the side. Then gently pour the coffee over the spoon  in the glass.

SERVE

Serve with mint leave and an orange wedge.

Stir to combine and enjoy.
