Roasted Brussels Sprouts Pasta

MAIN INGREDIENTS

nutritional yeast

black pepper

chili flakes smoked paprika

hazelnuts

STEP 1.

Clean the Brussels sprouts. Remove the outer leaves if necessary and cut the stem off. Slice each into 4 equally thick slices.

STEP 2.

Combine the roasting ingredients to coat the Brussels sprouts. Spread on a baking tray lined with  baking paper. Let  roast for about 10-20 minutes until lightly charred.

STEP 3.

Heat the cooked pasta with the main ingredients and the roasted Brussels Sprouts in a pan over medium heat.

Serve with parsley.
