Tahini Chocolate Vegan Fudge

Ingredients

cacao

 maple syrup

full fat coconut milk

vanilla extract

salt

hulled tahini

Step 1.

When you have the ingredients ready for the fudge, combine the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Step 2.

Start with the tahini and add the other liquid ingredients, so the coconut milk and maple syrup. Then add the salt vanilla extract. Finish with the cacao powder.

With a spatula, combine everything until you have a paste consistency. It should be sticky and well combined.

Step 3.

Press the fudge into a parchment-lined dish. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4.

After 30 minutes the fudge is ready to be sliced into squares.
