Step 1.

Roast the hazelnuts, let cool and then remove the skin

Step 2.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot with  boiling water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted.

Step 3.

Add hazelnuts, coconut oil salt, vanilla, and maple syrup to the melted chocolate.

Step 4.

Stir well to combine.

Step 5.

Pour the chocolate hazelnut mixture into a silicone mold loaf pan.

Step 6.

Let it freeze in the fridge for a few hours or until hardened.

Step 7.

Remove the hardened block from the mold. Cut in slices (about an inch thick) and serve.
