INGREDIENTS

not pictured: soy milk

dairy-free semisweet or dark chocolate chips (or chocolate bar, chopped)

sweetener of choice

unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

STEP 1.

Add soy milk to a large mug and microwave for 1 minute. Alternatively, add to a saucepan over medium heat or a milk frother.

STEP 2.

Add the other ingredients and froth.

STEP 3.

Froth until foamy and warm.
