Scrambled Eggs | Tofu Scramble

INGREDIENTS

silken tofu

black salt

mustard herbs spices nutritional yeast

plant-based milk

red onion

green peas

red bell pepper

firm tofu

Crumble the tofu and add to a pan together with all the other ingredients.

Add a splash of milk if the veggies start to stick to the pan. But reserve most of the milk for later.

When the scrambled tofu has thickened to your liking, remove the pan from the heat.

Serve immediately. Optionally, serve with fresh herbs, bread, fermented veggies and (more) kala namak and black pepper if needed.
