Vietnamese Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS

creamy peanut butter lite coconut milk water hoisin sauce lime juice coconut sugar chopped peanuts garlic

STEP 1.

Get a medium size bowl and add the creamy peanut butter to the bowl.

STEP 2.

Add all the other ingredients too, but skip the chopped peanuts.

STEP 3.

Mix well together until the sauce is smooth and creamy with a whisk.

STEP 4.

If the sauce is thick, add water to thin it out. A little bit will be  enough to thin out the sauce and get the right consistency.

STEP 5.

Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve.

TIP

This peanut sauce is amazing with summer rolls.
