ground oats

sunflower seeds

maple syrup

sea salt

water

coconut sugar

ground almonds

coconut oil

ground walnuts

FOR THE CARAMEL FILLING

Step 1. 

The first step is to make the base. I use a small blender container to mix all nuts, seeds, and oats into a flour consistency.

Step 2.

Then all you have to do is mix them in a large bowl until it becomes a dry compact base.

Step 3.

Press this dough into a baking dish, a silicone baking mold, or a loaf  pan. The more narrow the surface of your baking dish, the ticker the bars.

Step 4.

The caramel filling is a mixture of dates, vanilla, almond milk, water, salt, maple syrup, and coconut oil.

Step 5.

Spread the caramel filling over the base.

Step 6.

Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Step 7.

Melt the chocolate.

Step 8.

Cut the bar into small cubes, thin bars, or thicker bars.

Step 9.

Dip all the bars in the melted chocolate.

Cover all bars partially or fully. Keep in the freezer or serve immediately.
