You can save time and money by making this 2-ingredients almond milk at home in just 1 minute using a blender, water and almond butter.
Ingredients

- 2 cups filtered water
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- a pinch of salt
- optional: 2 pitted Medjool dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the water to your blender followed by the almond butter, the salt and a sweetener or any other add-ins.
- Blend at high speed for about 1 minute until the milk is frothy and creamy.
- Serve or transfer to a container and store in the fridge.

- You have the option to use store-bought almond butter or make your own almond butter at home from whole almonds (with skin) or blanched almonds.
- Feel free to adjust the ratio of almond butter to water to your liking. Adding more almond butter will result in a creamier milk with higher fat content, while adding less almond butter will result in a thinner consistency.
- Once made, you can store this milk in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Please note that it may separate, so be sure to give it a good shake before using. It’s best to make it fresh when you need it.
