These almond fig bites are super easy to make and perfect for on the go.


  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 2 cups of dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice


Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until they almost create a ball.
Spread out on a plate or baking sheet (about 1 inch thick) and let it firm in the freezer for about two hours.
Cut in rounds with a tiny glass.


This snack can be kept for a few days in an airtight container in the fridge.
