Tender, naturally sweetened No-Bake Coconut Bites with dates, and coconut flour! So simple, delicious cake flavor, and the perfect healthier snack or dessert! Just 10 minutes, 2 ingredients, and no food processor required.


  • 1 cup/200 gr date paste, click here for the recipe
  • 2 to 3 cups coconut flour (1 cup is 100 grams)

Optional add-ins:
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract


Combine the date paste and a little bit of coconut flour in a bowl.
Slowly add the rest of the coconut flour.
Mix with a spoon  for a few minutes until you have a batter that stays together when you squeeze it between your fingers.
Roll into balls.
Serve or keep in the fridge to create a firmer bite.


Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
