- 1 cup/200 gr date paste, click here for the recipe
- 2 to 3 cups coconut flour (1 cup is 100 grams)
Optional add-ins:
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine the date paste and a little bit of coconut flour in a bowl.
Slowly add the rest of the coconut flour.
Mix with a spoon for a few minutes until you have a batter that stays together when you squeeze it between your fingers.
Roll into balls.
Serve or keep in the fridge to create a firmer bite.
