Description
A delicious tropical green smoothie infused with matcha powder! Creamy, naturally sweet, uplifting and just as nourishing as it is delicious!
Ingredients

- 1,5 cup (130 grams) frozen pineapple
- ¼ medium cucumber
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 –1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 ¼ cup (140 ml) coconut water or normal water
Instructions
- Add frozen banana slices, pineapple, (coconut) water, 1/4 cucumber, ginger, and matcha powder to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Add only as much (coconut) water as you need to help it blend. I like smoothies that are not too thin but also not too thick. I like a smoothie to be thick yet still drinkable.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed by adding more banana for sweetness and matcha for a more intense green tea flavor (be careful: adding more matcha powder adds more caffeine).
- Serve.

This smoothie is best when fresh, but you can keep this smoothie in an air-tight bottle (filled until the rim) in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
