INGREDIENTS

lime juice

passion fuit juice

pineapple juice

passion fruits

vanilla syrup

STEP 1.

Slice the passion fruits in half.

STEP 2.

Make the passion fruit puree. Remove the inside (seeds and pulp) with a teaspoon.

STEP 3.

Strain the seeds and pulp through a small fine-mesh strainer above a glass or small bowl.

STEP 4.

To a cocktail shaker, add the passion fruit puree.

Technically you can use any glass, as long as you can shake and strain it later.

STEP 5.

Next, add the passion fruit juice and pineapple juice to the shaker with vanilla syrup, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar (optional).

STEP 6.

Add ice cubes. Fill the shaker about ¾ and shake well.

STEP 7.

However, don’t shake for more than a minute, or the ice cubes will start to melt.

The cocktail shaker should feel cold, so shake long enough.

STEP 8.

Strain and serve the drink. Pour the drink through a double strainer in a coupe/Martini glass.

STEP 9.

Garnish the drink with a passion fruit sliced in half facing upward into the glass.
