These 3 smoothie recipes are super delicious and nourishing with some extras for a boost.

- GREEN ALOE VERA PRO SMOOTHIE
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water (add more for a thinner smoothie)
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 3 tbs Aloe Vera juice
- 1 probiotic capsule
- MUSHROOM MINT SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup spinach
- 5–8 mint leaves
- 1 cup almond milk (add more for a thinner smoothie)
- 1 banana (frozen for a thicker and colder smoothie)
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- cacao nibs for garnish
- 1/2 tsp immune powder herbal mushroom blend
- 1/2 tsp relax powder herbal mushroom blend
- 1 tbs almond butter or cashew butter
- PURPLE ELDERBERRY SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup mixed berries such as blueberries and blackberries
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon elderberry syrup
- 1 cup almond milk or apple juice for an extra sweet smoothie (add more for a thinner smoothie)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- For every recipe it’s as simple as blending all the ingredients in a high speed blender and adding in more liquid when the smoothie is too thick for you.
- I don’t add the probiotic capsule full with the capsule. I open up the capsule and empty the probiotic/powder in the blender.
