When you love cinnamon rolls, you will love this smoothie recipe! This smoothie is so creamy, smooth, and so delicious. And it tastes like dessert!


  • 1 large (frozen) banana
  • 3/4 cup milk (180 ml) plant-based milk such as almond milk or soy milk
  • 1 tbs (8 gr) flaxseed
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 tbs (20 gr) oatmeal
  • 1 tbs (8 gr) hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • some ice cubes if you like a cold and thick smoothie


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Serve in a glass with a straw or in a bowl with a spoon.
