When you love cinnamon rolls, you will love this smoothie recipe! This smoothie is so creamy, smooth, and so delicious. And it tastes like dessert!
Ingredients

- 1 large (frozen) banana
- 3/4 cup milk (180 ml) plant-based milk such as almond milk or soy milk
- 1 tbs (8 gr) flaxseed
- 5 walnuts
- 2 tbs (20 gr) oatmeal
- 1 tbs (8 gr) hemp seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- some ice cubes if you like a cold and thick smoothie
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
- Serve in a glass with a straw or in a bowl with a spoon.
