This green grapefruit smoothie is a simple, tart-sweet smoothie with grapefruit, celery and a little ginger kick. Naturally sweetened with apples and bananas.
- 400 ml grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cucumber
- 2 small bananas
- 4 big celery stalks
- one piece of ginger
- one apple
- one teaspoon wheatgrass powder (optional)
- herbs such as parsley or coriander
- Add all ingredients to a blender (including reserved grapefruit juice) and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more liquid if too thick.
