Instructions

  1. Add the oat milk, sweet condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients for about 30 seconds until smooth and well combined.
  3. Prepare a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the peanut punch mixture over the ice cubes into the serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • This recipe yields approximately 2 servings, but you can easily adjust the quantities to make more or less peanut punch.
  • You can use any other plant-based milk, like almond- or soy milk, as a substitute if desired.
  • You can use natural or regular creamy peanut butter, depending on your preference. Natural peanut butter without added ingredients (such as sugars or oils) will result in a better tasting peanut punch.
  • Peanut punch is best consumed immediately after preparation. If you have leftovers, store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Be sure to give it a good shake before serving, as the ingredients may separate over time.
  • Peanut punch can also be customized by adding a splash of rum, whiskey, or another spirit of your choice for a boozy twist, making it a festive drink for special occasions.
  • If you don’t want to serve this drink over ice, chill the peanut punch in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, or add a few ice cubes to the blender to cool the drink.
