This Summer Cherry Smoothie is so easy, healthy, and delicious! Made with only two ingredients: fresh cherries and frozen bananas. This smoothie recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack!
- 2 cups (200 grams) dark sweet pitted cherries
- 3–4 frozen bananas
- Optional toppings:
- Dried or fresh cherries
- Coconut flakes
- Chopped almonds
- Chia seeds
- Place all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings if you wish.
Feel free to add in a handful of your favorite green leaves such as spinach
