To say that the past few weeks have been a whirlwind would be an understatement. The amounts of trips are pilling up, so are the amount of emails in my inbox, coaching appointments, collaborations and some projects I can’t inform you about yet. So yes, keeping myself healthy can be a challenge at times.
Times like this, it’s so easy for me to ditch the healthy fresh cooking and just go for something easy (read: gluten free sunflowerseed bread with a crushed avocado). Who’s with me?
However, no matter what, breakfast is always an occasion I can make myself a fresh smoothie and fill my body with all the good things fruit has to offer.
This Summer Cherry Smoothie is so easy, healthy, and delicious! It’s made with only two ingredients: fresh cherries and frozen bananas. This smoothie recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack!
Place frozen bananas into your blender along with the fresh pitted cherries, blend until smooth and creamy and pour into your favorite glass or bowl. No nut milk or water is needed, just these two ingredients.
Originally, I was going to add in some greens too (and you totally can!), but is it wrong that I didn’t add the greens, because I wanted to keep the pretty pink color? 🙂
This Summer Cherry Smoothie is:
✔️Quick
✔️Sweet
✔️Easy
✔️Healthy
✔️Delicious

Looks good! I will definitely try this out! I would love to make a powershot (ginger or turmeric) too, do you have any recipe of that?
Hi Dalia,
Thank you! Yes, I do actually have a recipe on a ginger shot.
