As long as I can remember, I have always loved the holiday (season). For me this means even more cooking and baking, but also enjoying amazing food made by others, great company, family, thick sweaters, warming drinks, soups and just love everywhere.
I can safely say that ever since I was a kid food plays a big part of our holiday events and this is not any different for my husband and his family. When it comes to eating vegan plant-based food, I have to say I’m blessed with an amazing family that cooks vegan as well. Every year there is an amazing table of vegan food for my husband and me and just like many other plant-based foodies I love to make a full plate of dinner with a lot of different side dishes and starters.
